Create Category tab in category list

Hi,
When you are in the list of pictures of one category, you can choose to upload a new picture.
But when this option is set, it is automatically added a tab witch allow the user to create a new sub category

How can I suppress this tab ? I don't have seen this option??

Hi, which version you are using? See the options to disable it.
