create a subcategory in frontend

I had tested the phoca gallery and got a problem.

I try to add a new subcategory and upload pictures in this category in the fronted.(as registerd user, not admin). There's now problem, when i add a new category, but it didn't work to upload many pictures. The reason is the "owner folder". This folder is the save path for the upload picture.

Can i set configuratilon, to automatically set the owner folder, when i create e new subcategory?

For e.g.:
subcategory-name = sample1
owner folder = sample1, too(set automatically)

Is there no possibility to define the folder of the new subgategory (created in fronted) as subfolder of the higher category?
