Images vs Video

I am trying to get phoca gallery to load videos instead of images.
I created a category called Dog Videos - added in new items into that category with an image and the youtube information.
On the front page side after clicking on a thumbnail - its only showing the image I uploaded and nothing on the video.

How do I get the videos to pop up after clicking on the thumbnail image instead of the full big version of the image?
