Filenames still showing in article

So I am posting a specific catogery of images onto an article but when I click on the image it still shows the filename and I have no idea why. It's disabled in the back end so it shouldn't show titles. This is pasted into the article as well but doesn't seem to help.

Hi, does the image have different title to filename. In Phoca Gallery there is no feature to display filenames, it should always display titles
