Problem viewing youtube video

Hello to all,
we have installed phoca gallery in version 3.2.2 on joomla 2.5.11
We need to create a video gallery with some videos on our YouTube channel. We have followed all the steps to add a new video but unfortunately the end result is that when you click on a thumbnail the thumbnail is displayed instead of video.

Someone could help us to understand where is the problem?
