Hi,

with phocagallery I put in an article published a category for registered
- The problem is that the small thumbnail images appear with the photos as thumbnails
(then when I click on the larger image is not displayed and said he must be registered)
but how to make small thumbnails appear only when the user is registered ?

Hi, where exactly do you display the small thumbnails - mostly this is a wanted feature, to display small thumbnails for users but if they will need some large image, they need to login. Mostly the small thumbnails is not usable for using it

Hi, now I understand, this is the standard feature, e.g. if the category is not accessible, the small thumbnails is not displayed but only the thumbnail image.
But this is a component feature, if you display the image in plugin, then there is no such option, so this need to be customized for the plugin - the plugins displays what is required by the plugin code. The component has ACL feature and can hide images for public, if set.

=> in my article, when I put a link to my private categorie : thumbnails appear

how to in an article does not show thumbnail reserved for registered ?

Hi, if you call the thumbnail in article, it will be displayed - plugin does not have such rules like component - if the admin says, the plugin will display the image, it will be displayed. Plugin is about to display thumbnails, not about to display links. If you want to have a link to your private category without the thumbnail, just sect only link (add url to your article - url of your category)

I would like to achieve the same thing. I have a menu item that takes you to the Photo Gallery. I dont want any thumbnail or indication that there may be more pictures available if you login as a registered user.

Can you help me on this?
