incompatible context/strict standards

Hello,
I have this error in my log file:
PHP Strict Standards: Non-static method PhocaGalleryUtils::isEnabledMultiboxFeature() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /var/www/vhosts/5/xxxxx/components/com_phocagallery/views/detail/view.html.php on line 138
I disabled strict standard in PHP.ini and configuration.php with no succes.
My hosting company uses PHP 5.3
My Joomla! version 3.2
In front and admin-site I have a 404 error. So I cannot enter into my site.
I really hope for a suggestion on how to slve this problem.

Hi, strict standards message is not an error, it is development message, just disable it:

404 mostly means some wrong link, do you get the problem when you disable SEF?
