Problems with Picasa Import

Hi there,

I'm using Joomla 2.5 together with Phoca Gallery 3.2.6

A friend of mine has created a public Picasa Album with various picture galleries in it wherefrom i want to import one to my Joomla installation.

I followed all steps from the documentation "Displaying Google Picasa Web Albums", which means that json_decode is enabled, and allow_url_fopen is on (PHP-version is 5.3.18)

When I edit the Joomla-category to set the Picasa-settings, I copy the url picasaweb .google .com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx into the field of the picasa member and the url picasaweb .google .com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/nameofthealbum into the field of the album name.

I save and try to import from Picasa but I only get the message: "Speichern fehlgeschlagen! Fehler: Die Verbindung zu Picasa ist nicht erstellt. Dies ist ein Verbindungsproblem oder der Picasa Benutzer wurde nicht gefunden. Überprüfung des Benutzerfeldes. Überprüfung, ob das Album veröffentlicht ist. Wenn es nicht veröffentlicht bzw. nicht gelistet ist, dann Überprüfung des Authentifizierungschlüssels."

As this is an completely public album, I don't need an auth.-key

What didn' t I understand? Where is my fault?
