Thumbnail not displayed converted Joomla 2.5

Hi,I am new to both Joomla and Phoca Gallery, my previous website was a Joomla 1.5.26 and had Phoca Gallery. I was able to insert images and it would show up the whole image in a small thumbnail format and when you clicked on it would show the image in large format on a popup dialog.

I recently had my site upgraded to Joomla 2.5.11 and on Phoca Gallery 3.2.3. My site is working ok, so far. however when I add images the thumbnail does not show in a small format like previously. please see my site below, the 3rd image BR1003, the image is in large format, but I want the image just like the other images small thumbnails.

Just wanted to add that, when I upload via Media Manager I can see the image in thumbnail format.

Hi, you can manage the size of images in Options:

- you can set the size of thumbnails (and then thumbnails needs to be recreated)
- and you can set the crop funciton on/off so if cropped, all images has the same size

I have set the Crop Thumbnails to 'None' and deleted the image, once re uploaded it seems to have worked.
