showing filename in only 1 menu item

Hi,
I have several categories and several menu items in the Phoca gallery. One category/menu item contains 4 subcategories, all the others don't. For only the menu item / category with with the 4 subcategories I want to show the filenames under the thumbnails. How can I achieve this?

I use Joomla 2.5.8 and Phoca gallery 3.2.3

I can't find "Menu » Main Menu (e.g.) » Phoca Gallery Categories (e.g.) » Parameters - Component." like described in the documentation section of your site.

I am a newbie.... Can you help and explain what to do somewhat detailed so I understand?

Thanks for your reply. I hope you want to help me a little bit further. I have red the information in the link you gave me in your reply. But I know nothing about code. Can you tell me what code (exactly)I have to insert to show the filenames in only that menu item with subcategories. Maybe in a way that I can copy and paste the code from this post?
