phoca gallery menu module problem

i just start using phoca gallery menu module and i publish it and put it in a article using module anywhere and when i view my site i get the following error.

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare phocaGalleryMenuModuleMenuDown() (previously declared in /home/ultimat1/public_html/modules/mod_phocagallery_menu/mod_phocagallery_menu.php:116) in /home/ultimat1/public_html/modules/mod_phocagallery_menu/mod_phocagallery_menu.php on line 161"

and also there is a option which category to hide , i have 100's of categories and want to show only some of them so is it possible that i write only categories id which i want to show.

Hi, which version of Joomla!, Phoca Gallery and Phoca Gallery Menu Module you are using?

i use joomla 2.5.8, and use phoca gallery v3.2.2 , and use phoca gallery menu module v3.2.0

Hi, do you use only one instance of the module? (it is only one instance module)
