Phoca Gallery Alpha 3 You Tube video

I'm testing Alpha 3, but when I try to create a gallery with you tube video, i don't see the videos but just a picture with the first frame of the video.
The video doesn't actually play.
Can someone help?
In Joomla 2.5 i create youTube gallery easily

actually it was my fault.
I used the wrong detail window type
