Problem with Background color (mouseover)

Because i have a black background on my site i want the gallery to match.

Only on a "mousover" i get a of white background, Although i changed it to #000000.
When i look with the web developer toolbar in firefox i notice that the color is set to #f000000

When i change the setting to #11ff00 it outputs #f11ff00 , weird

Hi, No idea.. , I have checked the code:

and it looks OK...
