use phoca in other platform than Joomla ?

hi all ,
a freind asked me if it was possible to use phoca extetions ( photo gallery mainly ) with other web builder platforms ?? if yes , how ?? ; in other words , is phoca ONLY for Joomla ?
by the way , the phoca gallery is just wonderful

Hi, Phoca Gallery work only under Joomla! (it uses the great Joomla!'s framework)
