Creating description in category layout

I've been setting up phoca today for the first time, and new to Joomla as well.

Currently, I am trying to figure out how to setup a category view with description and external URL.

Bascially, I am trying to create what is on the demo:

https://www.phoca.cz/templatedemo/phoca- ... escription

I have been reading and searching, but haven't turned up anything so far. I can display the description, but the external URL is an icon view under the picture and the description text is too long and overflowing. The format of the demo page would be perfect.

Hi, if you need to check the thumbnails size of medium image (displayed in category view), you should see this:
