no basic parameters after update to 2.7.0

Hello everybody,
I did an update from Phoca gallery 2.6.x to 2.7.0.
After the automatic update, I received a SQL error message and Phoca Gallery did not start anymore.
Then performed a manual update via FTP and compared to database entries ( I found no errors in the database).
After that I was able to access the Phoca Gallery again.
I have categories and all images are approved.
Now my problem:
After entering a new entry in the main menu and choosing Phoca Gallery (I have only one choice!) I get the menu type Phoca Gallery, but can not enter any basic parameters (it does not present any basic parameters).
If I click on my web page on an existing photo pages, I get the error 404 - component not found.

For a reference I am grateful.

Thanks a lot for the really fast help.
After doing the ftp upgrade I was able to access phoca gallery again and - best of all - I had the basic parameters back.
Great work!
I lost my categories. But that is not a lot of work to recreate them again.
