Multiple user can create subcategories...

First, sorry if this topic was before in forum..I read some post, but didnt understund well.
My question is. When I, as admin create one category, can other users create subcategories in that category.
Can I give rights to create subcategories in my created category to multiple users as I wish (let say user1, user3, user6, etc... can create subcategories, other users can not create subcategories)

Hi, no or yes.

In UCP - users can create subcategories (the category for the user can be created by admin - and if he/she set owner for the users, he/she can create subcategories)

In Categories - only users who have rights to upload can upload images there (but not create subcategories)
