Image Upload Successful But No Image

I just upgrade to 2.6.2 and I'm using Joomla 1.5.15. When I upload an image it tells me it's been uploaded successful but the image is not there. The image name is there in the backend but no thumbs, and the frontend it says (3), but no image is showing. Everything is published and authorized.

FYI: The gallery that was there before I upgraded is showing ok.

Nevermind. It seems that the thumbnail creation was deactivated/changed to "No ". Don't know how that happened but anyway it's working now.
