Rating/Voting per category - Request

I don't think this is yet available on Phoca so I thought I'd make the request here as well.

It would be a great feature to be able to set each category to enable or disable rating for all images within in it or not. So basically rating of images is category dependant.

If I may also echo the additional feature requests;
1. non registered users can rate/vote
2. registered and non registered can re-vote after 24 hours, so they can keep coming back every day to vote again, even on the ones they have already voted on and yes that means that they can vote as many times as they want to visit.
