Trouble uploading via frontend

I have correctly set the User Control Panel settings and Upload settings in parameters. However, when viewing the User Control Panel Layout in the front end, I cannot see any existing categories that are already set up. I have also allowed access in each individual category.

Please can you explain what i need to do in order to be able to view existing categories in the front end.

Hi, in UCP user can create the categories. and there he/she can see only categories where he/she is a owner of these categories. So you need to set him/her as owner of the category.
