How to have Highslide Description Demo??

Hi,
I'm having a similar problem. I've searched thru the forum and gone through all the parameter settings as outlined by Jan. Now here's the peculiar part - I had enabled hislide slideshow beautifully, and then changed some settings (I'm still new at this and getting the hang of Phoca gallery) - now I can't seem to get Highslide slideshow back no matter what I do! There is no transparent option in the parameters anymore. Have set my menu parameters to Global (though transparent is not showing there as an option either) and am working only from the component global parameters...the only thing that shows up is the white modal box. Also, JAK slips behind menus.

I've also installed Highslide JS, hoping it would resolve this, but no luck. Should I remove Highslide JS? Is it superflous with Phoca already installed?

Please do help!!

Hey! I got it! All working fine now. I went back and followed Jan's instructions again - changed the Parameters accordingly in a dummy menu item I created pointing to Phoca Categories. Then found that it showed great on some galleries but not on others - so went to the Phoca Gallery global parameters and made the same changes.

Thank you! This is such a great component - just need a bit of patience to get the hang of it - and also a great forum.

Now if only I could change the colour of the title in the slideshow description - it gets lost against the dark background in the Highslide JS Class 'Dark'. Anyone???
