How to create gallery with image 200x200 ?

How to create gallery with image 200x200 ?
What parametres need to be changed and what values need to be set?

In component & menu options i installed such parametres:

--- Category View Settings (List of Images) ---
Image Background Shadow = Shadow (200x200)

and recreate all thumbnails. As a result nothing changed and photo frame became invisible.
