Categories error

Hy...I'm sorry for this topic but i looked in another topics and i understood nothing...so, in my sql database missing the table for categories (site_phocagallery_categories - i think)...Now i want to create the table but i don't know what i must type in the field cell and then in next cells...please help me...i'm new with joomla...sorry for my english...i'm a romanian boy...Have a good day
