Only one comment per user in phoca gallery?

Why in phoca gallery the users can only comment one time per picture??

Can i override this somehow?? i need my gallery to be more social, putting a comment in a picture and not letting the user comment back in case of a reply is not very user friendly...

unless there are other parameters to consider which i am unaware of..

You can use JComments for both commenting on categories and on pictures.
