Displaying description next to images

Hi,

I'm trying to display the description of an image next to the image itself so not underneath the image as it's standard in phocagallery. Is there a way to do this without changing the theme, just by only changing the settings in the menu options. Or if there is no such setting in the menu options, is there a way to create an extra option in the menu with some modification in the component itself, so I could add a few rules to the theme or component itself and make that option available with a setting in the menu options?

So in short I want this:

Category 1:

[Image] - Description


Category 2:

[Image]
Description

Hi, no there is no such option, this needs to be customized in the template of Phoca Gallery categories view.

I'm trying to change the file but nothing is changing on my site.

I second this idea. Can you please consider this as a feature for the next version?

To be precise:

1. Option to show image description next to/above/below image (Yes|No) - position can be controlled by CSS. Sorry.. spoke too soon - https://www.phoca.cz/templatedemo/phoca- ... escription
2. Use the description as the title for the link and/or alt text for the image - no option. This is just good for accessibility and SEO.
