thumbnail pictures wrong size

Hello,

After installing en configuration of phoca gallery, i get the same sized pictures.

I changed the height and width of the small and medium pictures to 160x120 in the parameters(component) in the menu (allmost at the buttom of the parameteres).
After deleting the pictures and adding them again there is no change in size. Also the shape of the picures are still square.

Could some tell me what i'm doing wrong? I saw allready a topic with same problem from 2008 (i thought) but there was no awnser.

Problem solved! the setting not only in menu changed.. also teh settings in de control paneel of the nice phoca gallery component!
