Category Layout for subcategories

I have main gallery menu for Phoca Gallery Category List Layout. So I have a list of categories on page. Each category in list is icon and title of category.

But when I go sub-category I can see only list icons of sub-categories.

Question is: how to show sub-categories the same way as categories, i.e. icon and title?

Hi, there are different views:

categories view - you can display categories but subcategories there
category view - you can display categories an subcategories in image boxes or above - this is called categories view in category view, see:

ok, i see, thank you! but now i have list of subcategories and some images below (one image for each subcategory)

how to hide these images, I would like to see only subcategories and their icons?

Hi, if you want to have only subcategories, you cannot give the image into the parent category, there is no option to hide images in category
