Multiple Users Adding to Same Category

I'm new to Phoca Gallery, and I'm trying to make it so that all registered users can add images to a category I created as the administrator. This is how the category settings currently look:

Access Level: Public
Access Right: All registered users.
Upload and Add User Rights: All registered users.
Delete and Publish User Rights: All registered users.
Owner: Administrator.

However, despite the fact that they're all set to "All registered users", it only seems that the owner can view and add to the main category on the website. This doesn't change when I set it to "Nobody"; registered users still are unable to add to the category. What am I doing wrong? Is it possible to have multiple users adding to one category? Thanks in advance!

this is not solved as mentioned above.i have looked through the forum and cannot find a solution for having 1 user own multiple categories. please correct me if I am wrong but I don't see that it can work.

hi, one user can only own one (main)category. My solution (which I posted in the topic linked to above) was to set NO owner for that category, set a folder (where to store the images) and set the access and upload rights to all registered users.
