Getting redirected to Joomla control panel

I installed Phoca today and when I went to create a category, I get redirected to Joomla's control panel. Same thing when just trying to upload an image. Straight to the control panel. I had went back to the default template, same thing.

Anyone else having this issue? What am I doing wrong?

Hi, try to check your session or check settings. Maybe try to see Joomla! org forum if there is no similar behaviour to other parts in Joomla!

Same problem with me...
Gallery installed with no errors, but when I try to add a new category, new image, ... I get redirected to Joomla's control panel.
I have installed the maps as well and having the same problem there, trying to add a new map I get redirected
Other parts in Joomla works fine.
Anyone knows anything?

Unfortunately, I ended up installing a different product. I don't blame Phoca at all, as I can see it working for most. Even switching back to the default didn't help, but, that doesn't mean that something wasn't changed in my db or settings due to the template I'm using (which I'm too much of a fan to give up if that WAS the issue).

I don't think it has to do with the template.
The problem occurs in the backend. Anyway, I am using the default template...so help is still needed.

Hi, did you try to enable debug mode or error reporting on your site?
