unregistered users to be able to upload photos?

Hi My name is Mike,
I am new to Joomla and i must say it is brilliant. I am doing a project as part of my college course where i am building a website for a Bar. I want unregistered users to be able to upload photos to the site and the administrator aprove or decline them is this possible or am i just being un realistic.

Any help would be great I really need to get this working

Hi, there is no such option, users must be registered to upload images to the site using Phoca Gallery.
