JHTML image not supported. File not found.

JHTML image not supported. File not found... this is at admin cpanel... at site the phca gallery show the component whith no problem, BUT cklik at photo show the error mesagge:
Error JHTML image not supported. File not found.

At database everithing is ok and any photo still there.
I use phoca gallery 2.1.0 RC, Joomla 1.5.7, PHP 5x

Hi, check your Joomla! installation, in every case you should install latest version 1.5.15.

I upgrate from Joomla 1.5.7 to Joomla 1.5.15 and the problem is there (I change and phoca gallery from 2.0.1 to 2.6.2)

Yes... and nothing solution from Joomla.org.
Now I have this problem (picture show here) with the phoca gallery 2.6.2... where is the butons for insatll.
I sing whith the red circles what I need to know.

the buttons for Install and Upgrade should be below the text shown on your screenshot... Please try to clear your browser cache and see if the buttons are displayed then.

I try and the butons not showup... I clean everything and nothing come!

this error mesage still at the Phoca Gallery Categories before I starting to make category... I click the buton "NEW" and I have this error mesage:

Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /hermes/bosweb/web097/b970/mywebsite/public_html/
administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/phocagallery/render/renderadmin.php on line 65

Now I writing the name of the gallery and the another parameters and click "SAVE"... and I got:

Error Saving Phoca Gallery Categories
... and the same error mesage:
