Category images move away

Guys!
I have a problem that I can't fix...
I've been tryingi it for hours...

1) the Category image slides off its background, and I din't know how to solve it
2) how can I disable the line under these two galleries? And the text (It says: "No pictures in this category" in hungarian) is also a problem for me.
