Set default main category for all users

Is it posible to set an existing category as default for all users (main category)? I want all the new users to only have the posibility to create a subcategory (User control panel in front-end) in a predefined main category. Is this posible?

Hi, no - users can make the main category .

I want the users (all registerd) to have the posibility to make a subcategory under the main category who is made by the admin. The problem now is that users exept admin can`t make a subcategory under main category.

Hi, if the main category is assigned to the user (user is owner) then he/she is able to create subcategories.

Is it posible for the other users to also create a subcategory not only upload pictures?

If they are in UCP and have created main category, then yes.
