how do u allow comments to be added by anyone , not just registered users ??

This is possible using the JComments component.

ok thanks, i got it up and running with jcomments

altough ive got a problem with phoca Comments tab showing up
above jcomments Comments tab, Comments word/title/tab is pracitcally doubled
above comments,

but it only happens if i call categories thru menu links


if i call the categories thru phoca plugin then its all ok, original phoca Comments tab is
not showing up , i.e. it behaves as expected , as the chosen comments components
in the parameters section is jcomments

maybe im missing some other parameter somewhere, i cant figure it out
for now i am forced to call the categories thru phoca plugin from within articles
and the call articles thru menu links
