Thumbnail Creation Status

Hi

My website photo page had thumbnails nice and when I clicked on the thumbnail the picture appeared and I could do a slideshow nice.
Now the thumbnail creation is no longer possible, I cannot turn it back on, the pictures are on the site but I cannot see them anymore and no thumbnails appear.
I am very sad now.
Please help me get my pictures back Jan.

HI, sorry I don't understand. What you mean "now". Did you do some changes? Which? Did you try to enable the thumbnail pagination creating in parameters?

I did make changes.
I went into Parameters and changed the option to add text to the pictures in a slideshow.
I tried to upload some more pictures and cancelled half way through the upload process.
Has this made the thumbnail creation process not to work?
I cannot upload any pictures now I am stuck.
Please help.

Uploading of images to your server or adding images to gallery (with thumbnail creating)?

I can upload pictures to the server.

I cannot create thumbnails for those pictures. The thumbnail creation buton is red with whote cross.

How do I get the thumbnail creation button to be green with a tick again?

I have changed basic and component parameters to read thumbnail creation enable but it does nothing.

Please help.

Hi, you should enable it in global configuration of Phoca Gallery:

Phoca Gallery - Control Panel - Parameters (at the top right of the screen)
