Hi, I have just noticed that one of my image categories does not show any of its photos in JAK lightbox when the thumbnail of a photo is clicked on. Instead it shows the large photo on a new blank white page, on its own. However JAK lightbox does appear in all other categories when their thumbnails are clicked on.
Has anyone seen this before? Anyone know how to solve it?

I had the EXACT same issue. After a lot of trouble shooting i found that i can not have more than 15 images in a category for the JAK feature to work. Also, I needed to load the images for the gallery in order of their appearance in the directory I was loading from.
FYI- my images are all under 100kb, so that's not the issue. I sttled for this at the moment, but would love an expalnation as to why it happens.

a follow up to my last post. Seems the issue still exists and is rather random. I have abandoned using JAK until I know it will be consistent. Too bad because it is an attractive display.

We ran into the same problem just one hour ago.
We solved this problem in this way:
The last action we took in this Category was putting a new picture there (from another category).
We removed this photo completely and JAK Lightbox showed up like it should. We then uploaded the picture again and everything kept functioning. We then changed the date of the file again and still ok.
'Alas' we can't recreated the the fault. The Category sorts on Date Descending and so we changed the date to the date the photo was taken. We made a mistake by putting the date on 2009-12-03. Into the future. But when we changed it back into the wrong date the fault didn't repeat itself.
Our files are between 300 and 600KB each and there are more than 15 files in a lot of the Categories. So these facts don't seem to be an issue.
But it is worth a try to remove the last added picture? Hope it helps.

It could be that the 'NAME' field was the stumbling bloc in our case. Using 'home' (with the accents) in the title recreated the fault this afternoon.
