Error when loading java for Upload

I get this error when I access Java to do multiple pics upload,back-end and front-end. I moved the website from a host to another and probably is a rights issue. Everything else works on the website.

Hi, you should check if the java upload has rights to read something in administration area (if e.g. the administration area is not protected somehow)

Thank You for your replay. Where exactly should I look for that? I can do everything else in the admin area.
