where/how can I fix this? it drives me nuts

I looked and searched throughout the site on a way to fix this and do not know where the htaccess or the ini in mysql is. it is ridiculous though, the one time I get to actually work on the site I can't go any further because of the pictures not being generated.

I use 1 and 1 as the host/server and it says I have a lot of memory available. I really need a fix as soon as possible.

what concerns me, is that I am not the only one, shouldn't there be some fix for this when updating phoca?

look I know this was covered in the past, but I am not a web designer, I have half the pictures that will load and then I have some that do not, I come back at different times of the day just to get it to work. I do not know where in mysql I should look, so if you can be a bit more specific I will try that.
