Hi
This is a bit of a vague problem but will run it by you anyway.
I am using Phoca gallery on a client website. When i created the site for him, I could (and still can) upload images with no problem at all. The problem is the client is unable to upload images at all. Basically he starts the process but his computer freezes when he tries to actually upload the image. I think his computer is asking him to download something (will need to check with him exactly what) before he uploads the image.
Could it be anything to do with the javascript or flash uploader ?? I have "enable java uploader" set to NO but its still shows with the flash upload) in the upload area.
If this is too vague, I will try and get more info from the client.
cheers
Paul

Re: Client cannot upload images
Hi, please let me know which version do you use, where your client uploads - in frontend | in backend. Which of three methods he uses:
1) standard method
2) java upload - does he has java installed on his PC
3) flash upload - is his flash version < 9
