User upload problem

Post by bproffit »

I followed the instructions in https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-galle ... ser-upload but when I click on the menu item it displays a page telling me I need to login (but not having the login form). I thought it was supposed to take me directly to the login form...how can I fix this?

Hi, the login is a part of Joomla! framework, so if you are not logged in, the site displays login form or link to login? Can I see where this problem occurs?

Yeah, it shows the word LOGIN in a different color as though it should have been a link, but it's not. You can see this at htp://bpresources.us when you click on Upload Photos in the left column.

Hi, try to check settings in your joomla or try to ask on joomla.org forum  as this is a login page of Joomla! (http://bpresources.us/component/user/login) this needs to be checked in Joomla! login (component). I don't have any experiences with this, but maybe there is some settings (enabling or disabling some parameters)

Oh well, I just added the login module to the "Upload Photos" page so the panel will be there on that page anyway. It's a work-around the works.
