Thumbnail creation issue - memory

Hi,

I installed phoca gallery on a joomla 1.5 website, and I have an issue with the thumbnails creation.

I read the post related this issue on the forum and followed the avises but nothing worked.

When I upload an image with Thumbnail creation I have the following error :

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 30670848) (tried to allocate 3456 bytes) in /homepages/1/d163116274/htdocs/cubs/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/phocagallery/image/imagemagic.php on line 220

and tried to enable/disable JFile Thumbnail Creation, change the permission, enabled FTP layer... but it goes to the same point... I can't have thumbnails.

what's the filesize of your pics?

I reduced them all to 200kb max
