Lange Scriptlaufzeit in der Version 2.5.8?

Halli, keine Idee was da falsch seien könnte. Ich laufe die Gallery auf 8MB (on localhost) oder 12Mb (on server)?

In 2.5.8 hier waren keine grosse Änderungen. Nur Zugang zu Rechten (Permissions) war geändert. In manchen Servern die Einstellung von Rechten war nicht aktzeptiert so das war geändert. Hat aber nicht mit dem Leistung zu tun, da es nur um die Datentypen gehandelt worden ist

i have the same problem like dirk. after updating phoca gallery from version 2.2 -> 2.5.8 the site needs more than 30s to generate the categories view. on our site we have 2700 fotos in 80 categories. in version 2.2 everything worked fine, but now needs 30s for categories view, the rest works normal.

i enabled the debug mode on our website till 18:00, so you can get more information about the script runtime.

hi,
i found out why the galleries view was so slow. in categories, you have called the function getPhocaIc() for each gallerie. this function parse an xml file to determine the phoca gallery version. runtime is 0.2 - 0.3sec - in your case 80 galleries - 16sec.

the solution is to call getPhocaIc() only once, befor starting to interate over all galleries.
