Installation problem

Hello,

during the installation of 2.5.8 via "Install/Deinstall" and "Upload Package File" I get the following message:

Warning: zip_entry_read() [function.zip-entry-read]: The bytes parameter must greater then zero in /var/www/XXXXXX/html/XX/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 238

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 118 bytes) in /var/www/XXXXXX/html/XX/libraries/joomla/registry/format/ini.php on line 249

Can somebody help me?
