Hello,
my system (Joomla 1.5.14 / Phoca Gallery 2.5.8 ) has the same Error by using the Java Uploader. When I try to upload images via Java, there is an error message displayed and the upload stops:
"wjhk.jupload2.policies.PictureUploadPolicy.checkUploadSuccess(): The string "^SUCCESS$" was not found in the response body."
Is there any patch in development or could anyone post here a fix?

Hi, seems like there is not. try to upload some small images with java upload. if there is some error like fatal error (no php memory) then the java upload script doesn't get any success string. (fatal error cannot be managed
