Problem with Uploading Image

Hi i am having an issue,

Through the administrator section, I click on the Image and then click the image tab and i get the following error:

Phoca Gallery is creating thumbnail(s) now. Please wait...

Creating of thumbnail penguin.jpg ... Error
(/penguin.jpg)

(Re)creating of thumbnails is running now, please wait...
Error Message: Error while Creating Thumbnails (ThumbnailExists)
What to do now : » If you have fixed the problem caused by

* Image (wrong type or broken image) - remove the image or upload new image via e.g. FTP
* GD Library (not correctly working GD library, not working GD functions) - install or reinstall GD library
* Permissions (no rights to write files or folders) - change the permissions of image/phocagallery folders on your server,

you can go back to Phoca Gallery. Phoca Gallery will try to create the thumbnails again.
Go to the Phoca Gallery
» You can close this box and solve the problem e.g. in Media Manager or via FTP.
Go to the Phoca Gallery


It should allow me to upload an image but it does not seem to work.


Also how can I get in tocuh with someone?.. There is no contact us on the website, I would like to contact someone if possible.

I can't upload photo's either, or when I do they don't come through. Anyone can PM with some advice? Thanks

Can Anyone help us on this matter please?

I thought it was an image size problem but after editing my images to a smaller file size, they still aren't coming through. Help would be nice on this issue as it is only occuring on 2 of my three websites. One of my sites works flawless.

What am I doing wrong here?

thats differnt to my error so i think my problme is related to something different, so if you could make a different thread about it since the helpers may get confused.
