quiten estas 2 lineas
Deleted this twos lines

echo $pane->endPanel();

y pongan estas 3
put this three lines

global $mosConfig_absolute_path;
include_once(JPATH_SITE.DS. "/plugins/content/jom_comment_bot.php");
echo jomcomment($this->category->id, "com_phocagallery");

y listo
ready
