Getting white screen on thumbnail creation

Hi All
I'm getting a white screen when it comes to creating thumbnails. It has the "Stop Thumbnail Creation" in the upper right corner, and no thumbnail progress bar. It just hangs.

What could be causing this? Help! I need to launch this site tomorrow!

Hi, check your gd library, check permissions and check the php memory. the best way how to recognize the problem is looking into the error log on the server to get exactly the problem.
