Issues with Detail Window setting

Hello I have issues with the detail window settings. On the standard setting, Modal pop-up box, it cuts off the navigation underneath every image, you can only see the tops of the back and next buttons etc.

So i swapped to JAK lightbox and now my youtube videos don't play it just shows the image not the video.

I don't like the look of the other options but I am running on modal pop-up image only for now which I think looks nice but you lose the slideshow.

Just more on the issue above I am still getting the problem where the youtube video won't play when I use modal popup box image only. When I have it set to no popup it works but then every image navigates to a new page which is not very user friendly. Can you set a pop-up option by image? So I can just set the videos to not use a pop-up? Or is there a solution to the youtube videos not playing? Or a solution to the standard pop-up window being too big for the navigation.
