error in phocagallery.php on line 32

After update my Gallery i have a Problem. I´ve made a mistake.
On my website i get:
Fatal error: Class 'PhocaGalleryController' not found in /mnt/web3/22/85/51872185/htdocs/components/com_phocagallery/phocagallery.php on line 32
in line 32 of phocagellery.php :
$controller = new $classname( );

Joomla 1.5.14
Phocagallery 2.5.6

Hi, try to reinstall the component and check if all files were installed and copied to your server.

i have reinstalled all Files
The new Problem is
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /mnt/web3/22/85/51872185/htdocs/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/tables/phocagalleryc.php on line 47
I have Choose Upgrade, but all Gallerys are lost.

One Problem has changed.
I have edit the phocagalleryc.php . In line 47 the last was ?. I put a > behind the ? and he Gallery is running.
The new Problem are the Thumbnails. Phoca tell, that the Thumbnails are made, but i cant see the Thumbs in Backend and online?

Yes, the thumbs are on the server.
O.k. My kategory´s and folders are crashed. not the bigges Problem. i can reenter my kategory´s.
when i new enter a kategory, the thumbs are building new.
The last Problem is, when i open Media in Joommla i get:

The reason may be, that i delete the Folder Fabienne. After new enter the folder the thumbs are not build.
This is a Joomla problem i think.

I think this is problem of your server ownership and permissions should be correctly set
