Exactly which part of css should I change?

Exactly which bit of this css file should i change to resolve this problem shown on the screen print. I realize that I need to also sort the z-index value in the template css too but want to make sure that I am at the right place in the phoca gallery css first.

Hi, did you try to run your site with some standard template? As there should not be any problem with standard template, maybe you should to see the template css. As I don't know where can be the problem in the template, I cannot say what should be changed there

Thank Jan,
I was wanting just to know about the z-index stuff as I thought that would be the answer to my problem.

I have solved it in anycase as I have created and published a mod for the right hand side of the page which forces the white background down far enough and therefore the upload tabs appear on top as they should.

It doesn't really solve the initial problem but its a solution that works for me.
